In the first board meeting on June 2nd, 2008, Mr. Duan has been elected as Board Chairman. Guowen Lu will act as executive board member and President. Board also discussed Bylaws for the preparation of applying for non-profit organization status.
The board also had a general discussion about future activities and events to serve alumni and promote Zhejiang University.
