It is a small scale event intended for those entrepreneurs who are SERIOUSLY considering going to China. You will have ample time to discuss business issues with BioBay team on a one-to-one bases. Dear Fellow Alumni,

 

I am helping BioBay to organize the reception locally in Silicon Valley.

 

When my company received Series A funding and planned to expand to China, the executive team visited a large number of biotech incubators up and down the country and eventually decided to set up our China HQ at BioBay. Our decision was based on three major factors:

1) the strong local government support to biotech business. Such support is represented not just as a lip service for the show but also by a solid, thoughtful financial incentive program.

2) a dynamic, service oriented team at BioBay. Due to the unique founding history of Suzhou Industrial Park, BioBay has inherited a Western style business culture which is not only attractive but also beneficial to us overseas returnees.

3) its vicinity Shanghai but with much lower costs for running a business.

 

I believe these three factors will be applicable to most of my fellow alumni considering doing business in China. So if you are really serious about going to China, Suzhou BioBay should be on top of your potential site list.

 

This May 16th reception offers a rare opportunity to discuss with BioBay team at length on a one-to-one basis. Remember, this event is by invitation only.
